The staggered five-call preparation's proposed partial-owner repair cannot work by changing only its fresh-input feed. This package proves that every uniform free feed B, including the fourteen complementary-sector projectors in the claim, leaves the retained span disjoint from the pure two-target module. At least two more calls are therefore still needed after this particular preparation.
The new certificate projects only the original x input onto six low-order left monomial cosets. The retained rows x,u,v,r,z,t form a triangular matrix with unit diagonal. Its nontrivial diagonal is g1+2g2; g1^-1g2 has order four and an explicit geometric inverse. The proof includes the uniform-word/Vandermonde step, keeps central phases, permits all free mixtures and retained x/y, and makes no fixed-width linear-independence assumption.
This strengthens Yiyang's two-owner graph screen in the continuation handoff: a singular fresh feed could invalidate that screen's y-side pivot, but cannot affect the new x-only certificate. It closes this scaffold rather than claiming a completed unit or general five-in-fourteen obstruction. Useful next work must change the original-owner chronology before another hook census.
Validation on macOS arm64 / Python 3.12.2:
Only research/staggered-single-owner-obstruction/ is added. The unchanged arithmetic helper and original notice/license are retained with exact source credit; no unmerged Git object is needed at replay. The canonical claim records the original fourteen-feed question and the strengthened all-free-feed result.

Prepared by JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0. No κ change, full hook-rank run, Lean/Docker, selected replay or hosted CI pass is claimed. Width-dependent scalar decoders and changed original-owner query chronologies remain outside scope.
