+# Review evidence supplement
+
+This supplement retains 29 existing review outputs that were absent from
+the 15 original publication heads. It adds 47,576 bytes of evidence. It
+does not change a frozen package, checker, proof, receipt, or claim.
+
+The [file list](SUPPLEMENT-FILES.json) gives each exact source,
+repository destination, byte count, SHA-256, and Git blob identity. It
+also records all 15 original heads. The added evidence is:
+
+- Four encoder negative-control logs, in normal and optimized Python.
+- The complete 21-file original-clean replay and guard-control output.
+- Four query replay receipts with distinct final bytes. Their hashes
+  already occur in the published replay summary.
+
+The [independent retention review](REVIEW.md) checked these bindings.
+[REVIEW.json](REVIEW.json) records the decision. Other local cold outputs
+either duplicate published bytes, contain text already embedded in the
+accepted replay record, or belong to temporary inputs and earlier runs.
+Those local files remain preserved.
+
+The coordinator must copy the listed files without byte changes. The
+final Git-object audit must check the supplement commit together with
+the 15 original heads. The original head files must remain unchanged.
+No mathematical replay or kappa calculation was run for this retention
+change. The existing mathematical scope and open obligations remain.

+# Independent review of evidence retention
+
+Decision: accept exact retention of the 29 files in
+[SUPPLEMENT-FILES.json](SUPPLEMENT-FILES.json). This review concerns
+existing evidence. It does not certify a new mathematical result.
+
+The final publication byte auditor checked all 15 recorded heads. All
+3,393 package files matched their accepted sources. The package and
+annex ledgers passed, as did 952 material relative wrapper and review
+links. A separate Git batch pass read the actual package and review
+blobs and recomputed their byte counts, SHA-256 values, and Git object
+identities.
+
+The retention list has four encoder control logs, the complete
+21-file original-clean output directory set, and four query receipts.
+All 29 destination paths are absent from their original heads. The
+sources total 47,576 bytes. Their exact hashes and destinations are
+fixed in the list.
+
+Each query receipt matches the SHA-256 recorded for its check in the
+accepted and published replay summary. All four encoder logs end at
+the expected rejection. The accepted review records each control's
+failure in normal and optimized Python. All eight original-clean guard
+logs end at the expected rejection, and their accepted control records
+identify the same checker and mode. The complete original-clean replay
+summary equals the already published summary byte for byte.
+
+The auditor classified all 644 local review paths excluded from the
+initial publication map. After this retention list, no unclassified
+final evidence remains. Duplicate package bytes, temporary package and
+Git-object copies, later PR-body checks, and the earlier paired trial
+record remain local. The paired final console text already occurs
+exactly in its published accepted replay record.
+
+No source proof, checker, frozen package, or original head file was
+edited. No mathematical check was rerun. This is a separate Codex-agent
+review; it does not claim human review. The structured decision is in
+[REVIEW.json](REVIEW.json). The final publication gate is an exact Git
+blob check after the coordinator creates the supplement commit.
