Change and mathematical scope

A fully priced heterogeneous terminal for one actual #4694/#4698 centre/helper chain is valid in the inherited native primitive model, but loses its recursive moment. This adds a construction witness, ownership census, exact primal/raw-dual verification and scoped policy ceiling. No new kappa or profitable complete caller is claimed.

The terminal strips the actual charts on 56 X, 56 Y and one pivot helper, removes the complete data/helper observation, removes the centre's Y contamination and restores every endpoint chart. It adds 112 rank-eight and 114 rank-nine Gaussian requests plus 113 scalar ADDs, against at most one newly recovered rank-eight inverse job. All original helper jobs return; the pivot's existing job is counted once. The full joint 379-entry/379-exit normalization remains charged.

For C in [0,1], the optimistic incremental moment is at most -111*8^(1-C)-114*9^(1-C) <= -225. The same declared strip/correct/restore policy loses for all eight singletons and all 28 pairs. This excludes that policy, not other shared producers or heterogeneous embeddings. Only centre 0's full native word is freshly replayed.

A direct homogeneous-template assignment also fails its symmetry premise: the actual candidate Q has Q[10,0]=1/16 and Q[0,10]=-1/16. Other Q choices and paid conversions remain open.

Task and overlap

Task complex-new-helper-inventory, explicitly changed by the donor to a bounded centre-chain physical feasibility study. Base/current canonical main: 624de9d, priority revision 7. Contribution head: cd6ce17. Exactly 12 new package files, two commits; no shared code or selected-record change.

Exact sources: #4698 head 9079ab6; consumed #4694 snapshot 039a3e4 and refreshed draft head 2add42d are separately authenticated. ABI/native payload bytes agree; verifier bytes differ. #4610 head 20bb93c is the stronger construction comparison and its compiler route is held fixed. Selected conditional kappa remains 0.00302015 from #4470.

#4712 (b75a27b) is a mandatory predecessor: its dirty-helper loss, honest 120-head query accounting and independent #4703 audit are credited rather than repeated. #4711 is neighbouring historical-frame work. #4696/#4700 provide different scoped barriers. #4703 remains a second candidate consumer problem; #4760 is later BIT compatibility, not an input.

Before submission, canonical main and these source heads were refreshed. Targeted GitHub PR-body searches for 4698, centre and 4703, latest PR listings, and bounded live Discussion reading found no competing implementation of this terminal in the inspected results. The overlap helper's remote refresh failed because gh is unavailable; local coverage is sparse (20 of 6,321 tracked note paths). OVERLAP.json retains the earlier bounded source checks. Neither this coverage nor a lack of matches establishes novelty. New block-unit claims #4813/#4818/#4819/#4826 are under a separate endpoint/accounting audit.

Validation

Linux x86_64, CPython 3.12.3, standard library only. From repository root:

Registered replay and committed-byte/source-history checks pass. A new sparse rational/free-word evaluator checks every one of 640 arbitrary input columns and the actual gatewise raw inverse transpose. It reuses the credited source emitter and Clifford compiler. All 408 helper jobs are counted once; all 640 independent owners have recorded endpoint/contact histories. The complete paid profile is {1:2201,2:412,3:510,4:127,5:40,8:120,9:114}.

452 new exact one-column Clifford lowering checks pass with absolute phase; tensor application retains the source contract. Seven new corruption controls reject; the retained homogeneous consumer's five controls also pass. Joint normalization, scalar work, routing/storage and precision remain separate finite-template obligations, not invented recursive ranks.

A Git-free committed export replay with PATH=/nonexistent and Python -I -O -B passes in 30.551 seconds. Actual exported integer-to-boolean receipt corruption and ABI-byte corruption reject. Every exported byte is preserved/restored. VALIDATION.md records measured scope; its final publication sentence is the pre-publication snapshot.

Not freshly run: the original full native phase suite, Lean, rounded execution, fixed-tape compiler, complete profitable caller, outer admission or selected scientific cold replay. Hosted CI was pending at initial publication; the exact completed run is recorded below. Independent human review remains unclaimed.

Open next questions

See README.md, PROOF.md, OBLIGATIONS.json and TASK.json in research/center-chain-terminal-feasibility. Stop expanding this losing terminal policy. The smallest useful successor is one actual shared heterogeneous observation/cancellation word with an optimistic complete bill, all data observations and Y couplings retained, and disjoint target ownership. Alternatively construct a genuinely new complete #4703 consumer using #4712's existing audit. A physical witness, profitable caller and funded kappa transfer remain three separate milestones. Canonical investigation #4840 and the concrete HANDOFF record the completed scope and unclaimed successor.
