Change and mathematical scope

PR #4929 removes eight H8 children but changes the native main cross-transfer to an invertible 112-port code. This package binds its physical uncoding maps: forward entrance K=U A^-1 U* with scalar exit A, and raw-dual entrance bar(U) A^T bar(U)* with exit A^(-T). The common-full X exit permits scalar port mixing; the heterogeneous X entrances require the actual frame maps.

All 5,824 supported U_i U_j* transports have Fourier grade2. Since A has zero diagonal, pi2(K)=UAU*/13 is invertible. A self-contained finite-phase, sufficiently-large-width tensor-faithfulness argument shows that a standalone ONE parallel bank of pure Gaussian Cliffords requires at least 112 grade-two channels, even granting rectangular free monomial-Clifford controls, clean buffers and a free identity bypass. An H1-only bank cannot realize this adapter. The scaled dyadic alternative 13K has the same bound; denominator 13 is a separate finite implementation obligation.

The necessary 112H2 bill makes the explicitly unrealized two-call relaxation 224H17+2H lose throughout C∈[.0030217758,.0034]: margin[-57.269156882594712940928576503039,-57.269156882594712940928576503038] at the lower endpoint. The naive 224H1 bill also loses. This does not exclude multiple chronological banks, native absorption, prefix access, direct coded consumers, approximate endpoints or noncolumnwise controllers. No complete caller, compiler, selected frontier or κ improvement is supplied.

Task and overlap

Canonical question: Discussion #4902. The separate actual-prefix construction is PR #4931; the present ceiling excludes its intermediate access. The all-author live PR feed was refreshed through the current archival batch before submission. Discussion #4930 by dillona owns the separate complete p16 coded caller with shared/deferred adapters; it explicitly distinguishes the #4902 helper-prefix tap. This submission proves only the standalone one-parallel-bank adapter ceiling and does not investigate or duplicate that complete caller.

Explicit source-interface assignment overrides the historical supplier-boundary-audit card, preserving that original card and the changed scope in TASK.json. Publication base cef4b52f2a59009865bf8eabde1be3f159063703; source #4929 head 361f5d4100640177d6a983dd2f336021c75bfd5e; historical native source 624de9dc66858af0945e5f8a0942488d62280d43. Both source commits are raw ancestors of this contribution. Compressed 7679daa4 and decompressed cfcd36b4 identify the SAME native source word. Merging #4929 is archival evidence, not scientific admission.

#4929 owns the coded producer. #4694/#4698 own the native coupled antecedents; #4712's dirty-helper and 120-head query objections remain. #4920/#4928 use different two-FULL projection models. This submission changes no predecessor files and runs no family/seed search. It keeps all 632 original supplier inputs, all 408 helper jobs per call, owned-centre lifecycle and all finite scalar/storage/precision bills explicit.

Local normal/optimized, registered replay, exact committed bytes/source ancestry, official 26-file export/check and extracted Git-free normal/optimized replay PASS. CPython 3.12.3, standard library, about 4seconds per direct run. Semantic controls reject changed grade, nonzero diagonal, wrong inverse and inverse-polynomial sign corruption. The written proof establishes the scoped all-width implication; finite checks authenticate its actual source premises. Producer 632 replay is inherited, not rerun. Exact-head hosted run39889307088 passed:357 helper tests/11 expected skips, both registered normal/optimized source-bound commands and committed-input integrity. The registered outcome remains negative-result; this establishes no new κ. See VALIDATION.md and BUDGET.md for remaining obligations.

Open next questions

Can a collective coded three-original-bank consumer produce the missing third H17 job while preserving every arbitrary input and 592 unselected helper jobs? Its 928-owner raw grant is positive, but the known #4698 third-H16 template already loses even with free embedding. A source-bound noncommutative bypass must include A and heterogeneous headers; another 112H1 already exceeds the grant. Ongoing prefix/consumer work owns this constructive question. The whole-p16 shared/deferred-conversion caller is already assigned in Discussion #4930; coordinate with that work rather than starting another chronological caller study. Neither a direct coded endpoint nor that complete caller is claimed here.

The required package HANDOFF.md and the exact-head public handoff accompany this submission.
