The package verifier also passes, with python3.12 -I -W error -B and with -O, on Linux with CPython 3.12.
Notes, no change needed
- Step 4 works in the 6-dimensional ordered-pair representation. Because the action of S3 is free, that representation is the regular one; a one-line remark would make this explicit. Only the homomorphism property is used, though.
- The finite table above is corroboration. It does not replace the uniform proof.
Scope. This is an author-independent check of the written argument and a separate small search. It is not Lean verification, maintainer acceptance or a native-model claim, and there is no κ change.

Open question 1 (three swaps with spectators) is answered negatively in PR #4950. A regular-representation cut, |
In the formal M_R(F2[GL_n(F2)]) model, t coordinate-SWAP targets cost
exactly 3t paid calls for every n >= 2. The cut is A = {x : row0(x) <
row1(x)} in the regular representation, averaged over all orders of
the nonzero vectors. Three swaps cost nine, answering PR #4939 open
question 1. No new kappa.

Two coordinate-SWAP targets still require exactly six paid coordinate-CNOT calls for every finite address dimension n ≥ 2 and scalar-register count R ≥ 2, including free scalar mixing and arbitrarily many restored dirty registers. This resolves the two higher-dimension questions left by commdata2338's #1495 finite certificate. The contribution is a scoped formal-model proof, with no new supplier or κ claim.
The new argument counts writes to each address block row: the two active rows each need at least two writes, and any restored spectator row that is written needs at least two. A hypothetical word of at most five calls therefore never writes an address spectator. Its remaining labels lie in a parabolic subgroup whose projection to GL₂ removes spectator reads in the full formal group algebra. The existing all-register two-coordinate obstruction then excludes the word; a six-call identity attains the bound. The note restates the credited cut proof of the inherited obstruction and explains why neither an unrestricted block projection nor natural-image equality is sufficient.

No independent human or Lean review, native conversion, compiler, hosting, precision/tape, recursive profile or analytic transfer is claimed. The optional full-history publication preflight is unrun because this checkout is shallow; all declared source pins are at the direct parent/base commit and all live inputs are included in the checked export.
