Result

This PR independently joins the selected #4470 p16 invoice to its moment bill. No new κ. No discrepancy found.

The gap it closes. Three pieces of #4470's ledger were already independently derived:

• Independently audit #4470 chronological frames and paid invoice (no new kappa) #4504 (Mihir Srivastava) derives the per-call local unit.
• research/pr4470-controller-replay (Ryanson Jonathan) replays the p16 controller word.
• Independently check #4470's arithmetic (κ = 0.00302015): invoice, local change, root bracket, tails (no new κ) #4478 (Ryanson Jonathan) evaluates the root, tails and outer rows, but on T/P literals hard-coded "as printed in Conditional kappa = 0.00302015 (+0.6304% over #4447): joint helper boundaries #4470".

No non-author code had combined the first two into the complete histogram, or bound that histogram to the moment and tail inequalities at κ = 60403/20000000. CONTROLLER.json's embedded invoice still uses the older THREE-base unit (69,012 jobs). Only the author's substitution step produced the 64,620-job histogram that the other checks evaluate.

research/pr4470-invoice-join/verify.py is separately written and imports no checker. It does three things:

• Join (exact). It walks the 154 committed events: 18 full calls (2 forward, 16 backward) at exactly the thick stages, 15 query shears at exactly the thin stages, 15 IDLE windows, and 32 diagonal outputs. It charges Independently audit #4470 chronological frames and paid invoice (no new kappa) #4504's per-orientation unit to each full call. The result is 10,928 fields and 64,620 jobs, with rank masses 239,886 / 239,134. This histogram equals each of the following exactly:

  • the Conditional κ = 0.00296 via query-thinned productive controllers (+10.18%) #4440 closed form;
  • RESULT.json;
  • NATIVE.json.gz;
  • the embedded controller invoice with the new unit substituted;
  • Independently check #4470's arithmetic (κ = 0.00302015): invoice, local change, root bracket, tails (no new κ) #4478's T/P literals (parsed with ast, not executed).

• Second enclosure method. It uses Python decimal at 60 digits with directed rounding, widening ln/exp by 10⁻²⁰ relative. Conditional kappa = 0.00302015 (+0.6304% over #4447): joint helper boundaries #4470 and Independently check #4470's arithmetic (κ = 0.00302015): invoice, local change, root bracket, tails (no new κ) #4478 used Fraction series instead. Results:

  • raw surplus at κ ≥ 0.00395202;
  • raw surplus at the tested 0.003020155 ≥ 0.00271524;
  • the root bracket (0.0030201659770, 0.0030201659771) is confirmed;
  • α ≤ 0.999999988558808 (limit 1−10⁻⁹);
  • γ ≤ 0.956176646498 (limit 0.97);
  • δ ≤ 0.958284435309 (limit 0.97).

• Sharpness (new observation). The raw surplus at κ and at the tested saving is below the moment of one rank-one paid job. Any one of these single-job edits rejects the selected κ:

  • one extra rank-one job;
  • one job moved from rank 1 to rank 2;
  • one rank-9 helper demoted to rank 8.

  So the frontier relies on the invoice being exact at single-job resolution. This is not a defect.

Status: a finite certificate for one fixed histogram, under the #4440 charging model as stated. It is not a native/physical replay, a Laurent factorization (already covered), a compiler, outer-theorem or BIT check, or a selected-record change.

Open next questions

1. Single-job completeness of the p16 invoice. Is every per-port copy/query/add/erase of a thin shear and an IDLE window charged exactly once? The surplus is below one rank-one job, so a single missed charge would matter.
2. Stage-zero unit. All 18 full calls, including stage 0 (multiplier F9·Q⁻¹), are charged the same Independently audit #4470 chronological frames and paid invoice (no new kappa) #4504 unit. Is that right for stage 0?
