This supplies an exact no-gain certificate for a source-derived family of 2^1079 joint helper/contact chart choices, including minimization over all 72 compatible shared late native maps, throughout 0 <= C <= 0.005. Every paid transition, changed physical native rank and whole helper reward is counted; all 408 helpers remain productive. The minimum paid-minus-helper change is identically zero. No new kappa or physical supplier is claimed.
The source is Cao Yifan's round-three word on main
ff3cc58e370d0f678e529246f8c73e8094e18fcf. Applying #4692's commuting equal-ADD rule removes 98 scalar events per orientation before frame optimization. A standalone checker independently verifies each commutation and reconstructs the complete dual words. The new contribution is the changed-word, joint-helper, all-C symbolic flow certificate; it does not claim priority for ADD combination, graph cuts, or #5144's shared-map rank formula. The independent checker rebuilds the chronological graph, all four-state rank tables, and the cut energy, then checks a feasible symbolic flow and a matching cut using a separate rational interval implementation. Fifty helper entrances and forty exits vary. All other native occurrences retain their actual zero/full or twelve shared line constraints. The result excludes this explicit binary family, not arbitrary subspaces, scalar programs, Clifford charts or changed prelude interfaces.
