Change and mathematical scope

Retain two independent scoped stop certificates for Ali Romman's PR5383 exact head 4bd6efa51a495a7c7b7754915cf0244e7e60969e, against canonical base 1ec1119972c9aefe42525172d07b332fcff81cb4.

The fixed controller screen exhausts all 562 allocations with at most two FULL/QUERY changes among the existing 33 stages, holding scalar boundaries, bridges, signed exchanges, orientations and retained idle incidence fixed. All 561 changed allocations fail the favorable necessary moment at each of .00302235, .00302666 and .003026674765. This is a three-target finite result, not a continuous-saving-domain or universal controller ceiling.

The separate local backward census proves all 3,282 remaining positive paid inputs nonzero at every positive tensor width under the frozen 624-independent plus 17-arbitrary-owned boundary. Each complete row has a retained-entry coefficient equal to nonzero rational q times invertible native word U. The eight published zero-retags are excluded from additional savings. New paid deletions and whole-invoice deltas are zero.

A separate immediate corollary observes that each individual paid-row input map is surjective: choose the original retained boundary entry (qU)^-1 v, set other boundary entries zero, then execute the unchanged internal pivot preparation. This excludes a proper linear single-field reachable-subspace restriction for the unchanged action. It gives no Gaussian-rank minimality, no cheaper-full-space-algorithm exclusion, no joint-side-information bound, no simultaneous reachability and no global obstruction. For bounded input boxes the conclusion is full-dimensional reachability by scaling, rather than an unbounded image claim. PR5387's changed pivot/snapshot is outside this frozen corollary. There is no κ gain or selected-record change.

Task and overlap

Task independent-moment, priority revision 7, changed scope under the donor's explicit assignment to package the completed complementary bounded findings. This preserves both stop rules without starting another physical construction search. Root's canonical publication claim coordinates the three support packages. Ali Romman's active forward-transpose scope remains preserved. Frozen overlap clearance is retained as historical provenance, not a guarantee about unpublished research.

The controller result freezes the exact original idle incidence and Laurent normalization. The zero result freezes all eight relations, pivots, preparation, snapshots, helpers, word order and native operators. The independent complete invoice is consumed by hash. Neither engine admits PR5383 or PR5387 and neither reruns the complete author cold replay.

Validation

Package publication head 5744cc24d89df28d8c889615f7e667003d5fdf25 contains 98 files. Registered metadata and normal/optimized wrapper replays PASS in 18.771/19.859 seconds. All 87 frozen source/evidence files and 36 raw Git Merkle source paths authenticate. The full 562-entry endpoint/invoice table, all 1,683 rational signs, complete chronological 3,282-row receipt and decompressed trace, and every retained singleton/invertibility certificate agree. Source-byte tampering, oriented-query mutation, preparation-sign corruption and a forged singleton coefficient reject.

The wrapper's checks use explicit exceptions and remain active under -O. Frozen child engines use assertions and deliberately execute without optimization in both wrapper modes; no optimized-child coverage is claimed. All frozen reports/scripts/receipts remain byte-identical, including CRLF source evidence.

Committed-byte and canonical source-history preflight PASS. The original side-head bytes are self-contained with raw commit/tree authentication, so they require no unpublished side-branch history at replay time. Export integrity PASS: archive SHA256 48afeddb70d2def8db0713555180ee7ed1d5ee363da3610b8f15b697f2fccb2e, 14,530,560 bytes. Git-free normal/optimized wrapper replays PASS in 20.089/21.530 seconds from this exact export with Git absent from PATH.

Open next questions

Stop both exact frozen routes. A controller extension first needs a named changed idle/boundary premise, fresh Laurent endpoint and complete invoice. A native extension needs an explicit changed action or joint interface, then fresh physical/ownership and complete ordinary/precision/stock/compiler funding coverage. TASK.json records relevance, feasible first steps and blockers. Neither extension was searched here.
