Independently validate conditional κ=.003026674765 at Dugongue's PR5387 head b1ab650d36f59e5be682a813145b7c67e219e341, retaining Ali Romman's independently statically admitted PR5383 .00302666 as comparison. Complete invoice: 64,148 paid /10,800 productive, rank surplus752; all128 surrendered H9 targets are debited. Gain is .000004324765 over independently validated PR5377 and .000004898965 over selected PR4610. The fixed-profile root is separately and rigorously bracketed by (.00302667476807,.00302667476808), with a derivative/remaining-domain ceiling proof; it is not an attained endpoint or a universal construction bound.

This scoped research package adds independent changed-word physical, literal census, finite-template precision/stock/tape and directed rational funding coverage, together with complete frozen evidence of one actual PR5387 author cold pair. The same five framework assumptions remain: native_all_columns, owned_erasure, compiler, precision_tape, analytic_recovery. No selected record changes.

Task and overlap

Task catalogue card independent-moment, priority revision 7, is answered with scope_status: changed: the explicit donor task combines the card's numerical implication with separately reviewed physical/precision coverage and a complete frozen cold receipt. The assigned task is to validate the complete source-bound price plane and strongest independently validated point in this frozen round. Both candidate heads have canonical 1ec1119972c9aefe42525172d07b332fcff81cb4 as their actual parent. The current review claim records scope and overlap.

The matching histograms did not transfer physical validity: PR5387 owns L261 instead of L288, restores L288 as a retained arbitrary output and uses L256 as the eighth snapshot. A fresh independent physical proof establishes that actual word and boundary. The stopped ordering-only transfer and rejected wrong-capsule census remain as explicit diagnostics. Construction credit stays with Ali Romman and Dugongue. Package SOURCES pins only canonical history, with exact unmerged candidate source bytes and raw object inclusion proofs retained locally inside the package.

Validation

Use standard-library CPython 3.12; allow about 130 seconds for the complete independent normal/optimized pair. An integrity-checked export also supports the package-local verify.py command documented in README.

The registered package independently reruns both physical engines, complete literal census and chronology, scalar/RREF precision audits, and directed rational complete-cost/compiler/outer engines. It compares all stable output fields and all rational results with frozen reviewer receipts; only runtime varies. Physical controls mutate actual words; exact controls reject old BIT, closed uniform/epsilon, unfunded endpoint, unsupported tuple, bad reserve/completion and preceding compiler grid. Assertion-based census/precision scripts execute with compile(optimize=0) to retain their checks under the optimized wrapper. Candidate evaluators are not imported.

The PR5387 point in this frozen round funds tested saving .003026674766 with reserve 10^-12, gap1/7000000000000, compiler j=58507, N=2^409549000000000000, both tails below 97/100 and all 54 strict plus four functional outer predicates positive. Fresh expanded W/P/O/R/G, 274 private full LOCAL banks plus all other scratch, coefficient norm 9 / denominator 2, actual changed-word error count and the BIT/complex stock product are explicitly covered. The raw 181,098,496 bound is not substituted for expanded storage or precision.

The complete frozen actual PR5387 author normal/optimized registered pair passed in 140.030862 seconds, with 223,576 KiB peak sampled aggregate descendant RSS,44 author-path controls,exit 0,empty stderr and20535 unchanged scientific/provenance/Git files. Both modes reconstructed and equality-checked the full published RESULT and decompressed WORD. This package authenticates that evidence and freshly reruns independent engines; its CI does not rerun that author pair. No own PR5383 author cold pair is claimed.

Compact raw commit/tree/blob Merkle inclusion proofs authenticate both candidate capsules and four canonical precision proof sources without Git/network. Complete actual cold logs/resources/prepost inventories and exact frozen reports are preserved. Large redundant chronology JSON is freshly regenerated and checked by the full frozen SHA256. Own registered independent normal/optimized package pair passed128.740804seconds,peak 224,952 KiB,exit 0,empty stderr,178package+174shared guarded inputs unchanged. Final committed-byte/source-history/export/Git-free integrity outcomes are recorded separately in publication receipts.

Source native phase lowering, ordinary BIT and analytic/precision foundations remain authenticated inherited premises. No astronomical word emission, native build, Lean/kernel theorem, unconditional multiplication theorem, independent human acceptance, hosted-CI claim or selected-frontier promotion follows.

The committed validation package is 275dc377246f91ef30dc9e05241b0f637aa807fb (193 files). Its 11,571,200-byte sealed export has SHA256 fa6fd4c32f566a24082dddb7ab88cdc2400a36c52fcedae06de24a3bb58a3aa2. Final committed-byte/canonical source-history, export transport and Git-free normal/optimized integrity checks pass; all 194 extracted files including the export receipt remain unchanged. These are publication-byte checks, separate from the completed independent mathematical pair.

Open next questions

A changed physical profile needs a literal witness, complete independently debited invoice and fresh closure before its funded point can be compared. Independent discharge of one named retained generic foundation is a separate scoped review. More digits of the unchanged profile root add no mechanism coverage. Public review/CI and maintainer selection remain distinct from these conditional certificates; root checks live head/guidance/overlap before publication.

Later PR5390 proposes a changed compiler tuple. It is outside this frozen review and remains a separate unreviewed claim; the present scope is exactly the independently validated PR5387 point.

The newly published physical successor PR5392, head 329b2ff35d2994b11abbb59f770d12da75c494ac, is also outside this certificate. Its transposition, changed complete profile and closure require their own independent review. This submission claims no global best published point.
