Change and mathematical scope

Add research/helper-transport-contract, a scoped construction, native-operator audit and exact cost comparison following the helper-300 twenty-field investigation. No improved κ or admitted replacement supplier is claimed.

• A rank-zero physical warp between the selected source lines changes the logical value. An exact one-way value-preserving repair costs one H2 plus two monomial adapters; full tableau and absolute phase are checked.
• The nominated successor born at plane 430 fails monotone reachability. Birth and old-helper retirement at line 21 give an exact 21-input local replacement at 38 H1; retaining retirement at plane 430 costs 39 H1.
• The local cut identity does not establish productive admission for the original helper. Exact source extraction identifies the 16 main-input terms in the cut value and the original helper's external role-505 coupling. Input rebasing is legitimate, but the complete producer/decoder and caller equation remain open.
• Directed rational bounds price the conditional regrouping allowance at approximately 0.07703787664 per LOCAL. Even granting the maximal single rank-nine target-split credit, one extra H1 per LOCAL loses; a once-global H2 exceeds all eighteen combined allowances. A once-global H1 is not excluded arithmetically.

The isolated clean-contact obstruction and specified formal exit-shear test are narrowly scoped. They do not prove a general impossibility for coordinated changed words or a lower bound for the unconstructed true decoder.

Task: complex-rank-shape-decoder, priority revision 7; scope changed by explicit assignment from fixed-boundary floors to native transport and productive-input ownership. The original card's supplier acceptance gate is not claimed.

Validation

Tested commit: 2f3a551d74ac0bb30f6e055bcc7f13f5e92dfb03. CPython 3.12.14, macOS arm64, standard library only.

All six registered commands pass. Normal and optimized structured outputs agree in a Git-free, read-only committed export; all 21 exported payloads, including the receipt, remain unchanged. Failure controls cover six boundary mutations, four accounting mutations, native phase/wrong-repair cases, three changed-provider rejections and a changed compiler rejected before import. Committed-byte/source-history preflight and official export integrity pass.

These are exact scoped identity, source and budget checks, not formal verification of the full multiplication theorem. No complete provider/caller, owned-relations, all-width physical compiler, Lean, Docker, hosted CI or new exponent replay is claimed.

Open next questions

See the README and TASK.json. The smallest useful next step is to exhibit complete entrance/exit maps satisfying E_out W_new E_in = D_new for every original and successor input, including role 505, with all paid, target, ownership and caller obligations accounted for. This is the missing link between the local identity and a productive split.

A separately scoped possibility is one genuinely shared transport across all eighteen LOCALs. The arithmetic leaves room for one global H1, but no shared operator or information-dimension argument is supplied.
