PR5955 showed that six finite ordinary levels numerically reach PR5708's existing endpoint from the selected backend, but left the PR4814 seed-interface reading open. This package supplies a source-bound clause table and a conditional substitution lemma for the actual selected completed ordinary backend, preserving arbitrary-width endpoints, complete spectators, returned borrowed ROW stock, weighted-leaf decomposition and fixed-before-input thresholds.

The final merged PR4814 proof at f56ae4533a7d97d782a2c596a33fe844cd051747 is byte-identical to the older 709fcb31 snapshot. The selected PR6030 source manifest binds the applicable notes and admission reviews, while its CLAIM supplies the distinct ordinary seed .0034363538396. The proof separates external fixed-radix-to-binary two-chunk padding below four from the backend's fixed internal conversion constant. No intervening G20 exponent is required as the starting seed under the stated completed-interface and framework premises.

Validation: Python 3.12 registered normal/optimized source bindings and six strict separators; rejected equal-seed/C1 parameter control; padding controls; committed-byte/source-history/mode checks; official export/input check; Git-free normal/optimized replay. These checks do not machine-prove the semantic interface table.

No new bound or supplier admission is claimed. A new reseeded admission receipt must still regenerate backend-dependent fees, stock and thresholds and bind the remaining raw/native/framework evidence. The selected frontier and all predecessor packages are unchanged.

Credit: Matarener (#5955) for the reseed question and arithmetic, Ali Romman for PR4814/G20 sources, rohanarun for finite acyclic bootstrapping (#185/#199/#204), and the retained selected-framework contributors. Prepared by JoyboyBrian with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.
