This supplies a new locally verified whole conditional κ = 0.003286849, improving PR6398’s pinned 0.00328621476572836015146308 by approximately 0.01930%.
The construction combines the exact clean native merge from PR6399, head
a928a7aa5ab5b21b7cf841d6d960ab2e7efd1041, with the exact six-field mixed caller from PR6398, headdee2663ba0918be86993fd9d63c8d64b020f4c83. Neither predecessor mechanism is claimed as new here. This is a separate standalone composition PR; both predecessors remain unchanged.At each of 18 native sites, replace H4 + H1 by H5, retaining every productive helper target. The complete bill has 13,652 productive fields, 67,132 paid jobs and rank-mass surplus 760. All thin queries, both individual idles, paired idles, central normalization, native helper debits and physical routes remain paid. The extra 508 native scalar-allowance units and new zero-restored lifetime are included. The raw scalar upper is 248,152,864 against the charged 10^9 budget.
The complete source-bound checks pass: all 799 input/scratch columns and 638,401 coefficient positions; independent new-scratch-zero rows; 2,940 native maps with absolute phases, 208 main adapters and 1,124 helper normalizers; the separate six-field module and unchanged 570-event caller; all 7,488 physical contacts; two rational moment engines; strictification, compiler and precision costs; and all 54 strict plus 4 functional outer predicates. Source corruption, omitted uncomputation and missing caller operations reject.
Both moment engines enclose the raw crossing in (0.00328685686446, 0.00328685686447). The whole claim uses tested saving 0.003286854, strictification power 1920, cutoff 12, floor 13 and exact charged tail. Compiler theta is 63/64, logarithm power 2100 and threshold H = 138,100,200,000,000. Retained ordinary BIT saving 0.0034 exceeds the tested whole bound.

The manifest registers complete normal and assertion-disabled replays. The portable normal replay, source history/bytes/modes and official export/input checks passed locally. The assertion-disabled run also passed from a read-only, Git-free export with an empty executable PATH and unchanged bytes/modes. Hosted CI remains pending at opening and will be tracked separately.
Conditional scope: native_all_columns, owned_erasure, compiler, precision_tape and analytic_recovery remain inherited assumptions. The new scratch is exactly zero before its erasure; inherited physical erasure is not thereby discharged. Same-author separate arithmetic checks and hosted CI are not independent human or formal-kernel acceptance. The uniform rounded multiplier is not materialized. This requests no selected-frontier change and does not attain κ=.005; the BIT backend would also need improvement for that target.
Only one new isolated package is added. Two small authenticated runtime archives retain 16 exact predecessor files and notices; this preserves reproduction while avoiding copies of their full pending package trees. Original Git paths, exact heads and archive-member hashes are pinned. The earlier native and mixed-root proofs keep their credit.
