Independently checks Ali Romman’s #6551 retirement boundary and complete Gaussian invoice change against #6545. The construction, retirement identity and gain remain predecessor contributions. This PR adds independent exact implementations, failure controls, source bindings and explicit review boundaries.
Both complete 35-field callers pass all 1,225 endpoint coefficients. Following external review, a separate exact four-fiber engine now checks all 4,900 coefficient positions per caller as well as retirement-cut isolation, with stage variables kept formal. Independent literal tree/event accounting reproduces Δ(T−P)=208(H41−H40−H57+H56), strictly positive for H_r=r^t, 0<t<1. The two additional ordinary translations are counted; the exact pinned source formula evaluates to 254,699,248 → 254,932,208, an increase of 232,960. Its physical per-operation rates remain inherited.

Exact pins:
Claude Code / Claude Opus 5.5 reviewed the earlier contribution 13e880a and reported no scientific error, including a separate full-endpoint/invoice check and successful final-SHA export replay. Claude identified incomplete second-engine suffix coverage, local integrity versus external provenance, historical publication receipts, redundant-guard coverage limits, missing retained pricing sources, and shared AI assumptions. Those findings drove this follow-up. Claude’s scripts were not supplied or replayed here; its review applies to that earlier snapshot, not the later code changes.
GPT-6 Astra through OpenAI Codex implemented the follow-up and performed separate internal accounting and skeptical-review roles. The second engine now rejects all four suffix mutations Claude identified while accepting a valid inverse-pair edit. Both pricing sources are retained and bound without executing them. An optional check compares retained inputs with original Git objects under an externally supplied publication pin; portable replay is correctly described as local integrity checking. Historical receipts are labelled with their actual tested commits. Internal review found no unresolved blocker; source-navigation and argument-flow wording errors and reviewer attribution were corrected. Shared opcode, tariff and Python rational-arithmetic assumptions, and shared Codex/model blind spots, remain.
Reproduce from the repository root:
python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/pr6551-retirement-audit python3 -I -B research/pr6551-retirement-audit/check_source_objects.py --repository . --publication-commit 7abed1d3cba732b9af0bd9bc0eedcf0b8c65f064The optional second command requires the publication and three pinned source commits in the local Git object database. The portable registered replay needs only Python 3.12’s standard library.
Local verification passed: normal/optimized registered and direct replays; 26 semantic rejection controls; three source-contract controls; three external corruption controls; and a consistent-substitution control distinguishing integrity from externally anchored provenance. RESULT SHA256 is 8c6a7c6fc8872b8de465ebd3101428c9344aed3d93bf82a1a930f183802c8c13.
Final publication checks at 7abed1d passed on all 86 committed package files, including source history and modes. All 22 retained inputs matched their source Git objects. Export integrity and both read-only, Git-free, empty-PATH replays passed; all 87 export file hashes/modes stayed unchanged, and all 37 scientific-inventory entries matched. The committed detailed export receipts explicitly cover scientific parent 092009c (75 package files); the final evidence commit adds only receipts and validation text. This paragraph records the separately repeated final-head checks.
No new κ, supplier admission or frontier change is claimed. Native/all-width realization, physical ordinary rates, numerical crossing, completion tails, compiler and outer predicates remain unaudited here. All five framework assumptions remain. Next: independently audit the changed completion-tail parameters using separately derived rational bounds.
Substantial AI assistance and review by GPT-6 Astra / OpenAI Codex and Claude Code / Claude Opus 5.5 are disclosed above. This is not independent human review, formal-kernel verification or maintainer acceptance. Predecessor credit, retained notices and Apache-2.0 licensing are preserved. The scoped investigation is complete; PR review/readiness remains a separate decision.
