The literal retired character is q^-1 D10 and fresh33 obtains plain D11 D12 D13 D14. The full actual606-instruction word preserves all34 arbitrary inputs, including the first fresh32.

Two separately authored/sealed forward-field and reverse-output-covector implementations preserve exact Gaussian coefficients and all four q characters. Their entire21,141-byte first certificates agree, SHA256 31995c0964cb38939efc2f862aab4a7bc1aed5abbde3129029e614aadee77cbb: three complete matrices/3,401cells/175monomials, six identity gates and seven actual changed-word controls. Both prefix directions, absolute phase, literal prefix concatenation, freshness/noncontact and the entire final diagonal are checked. Primary additionally binds the actual inverse slice; oracle independently checks formal inverse orders and the complete changed-word endpoint. First runs0.1951/0.6492s,30.92/30.87MB peakRSS on Python3.12.14. No peer receipt inspection until both finished; neither author read/imported source/peer engines. The source-aware coordinator/proof role's inert replay-code exposure is disclosed.

Validation:60 actual normal/optimized packet/source/metadata CLI rejections; crossed implementation and independent mathematical reviews; four registered whole-certificate replays; exact final32-file committed-byte/source-history preflight (original31 plus one verification document and a role-specific prose clarification); official final export/declared21inputs check; four read-only Git-free empty-PATH whole-certificate cold checks. All21 proof inputs remain byte-identical after the documentation amendment. No original/native suite, Lean or Docker ran. The local global replay planner stopped on an absent canonical metadata blob in the partial clone:4,052 of4,075 historical VERIFY objects are omitted. The exact first missing blob was fetched and authenticated as metadata only; no complete local global-plan pass is claimed.
