Identify DABH LLC as distributor and maintainer while preserving original authorship, copyright notices, MIT terms, package names, and runtime behavior.
Add GitHub Actions tests on Node 22/24/26; the existing Travis configuration was not reporting PR checks. Upgrade the development-only Mocha runner to pinned 11.7.2 because the locked legacy runner fails to start on Node 26.
Validation: all four existing tests pass locally. GitHub matrix results are attached to this PR.
