Update readme, better chat instructions, fix #1995

Just giving a link to the Libera.Chat web chat doesn't met people expectations.
So, here we now just give all our Unvanquished chats, they are the right place to discuss the Dæmon engine.

I also reworked the links and some wording to continue the effort I started on other repos in unifying the README style.

Like the chat, the Unvanquished web page and forums are good places to get infos and to discuss the engine.
The Unvanquished wiki is also the wiki for Dæmon knowledge, the wiki link directly points to the Dæmon wiki page.

The github.com/Unvanquished/Unvanquished link looks bad as a bullet point. LGTM other than that

OK, I reverted to the ”can be found there.” wording. I like putting explicit URL for repositories, but in that place with the info icon that looks weird.

I also just simplified this sentence by writing “The source code for the game…” instead of the convoluted “The repository of the source code for the game…”.

It's fine to have the visible URL. I just objected to the use of a bullet point for formatting.
