.github/workflows/ci.yml의 build 잡에 Test 단계 추가:npm test -- --watchAll=false(CI=true, 1회 실행)배경
CI가 tsc+build만 실행하고 jest를 돌리지 않아, 테스트가 깨진 채 머지될 수 있었음(TA-267에서 실제 발생, 핫픽스 #150). 테스트 통과를 머지 게이트에 포함.
