This reverts the generated portable test-server runtime changes introduced by #4055 and #4067. It restores the generated file to its state before the compression replay bootstrap. No production SDK files are changed. Context: DataDog/datadog-api-spec#6808 and DataDog/datadog-api-spec#6834 were temporary regeneration PRs and were closed without merge.
