#387 and #388 were merged into their stacked base branches after #386 had already landed, so their commits never reached
develop. This PR brings them in unchanged, fromfeat/plugin-install-ui, which holds both:No new change: the diff is exactly the content already reviewed in #387 and #388. Merge with a merge commit.
