French translation of the 1.4 release-note entries added by #402 for #398:
Only these five entries are added to
doc/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/release_notes/release_1.04.po, which is now fully translated (127 entries). The catalogue was updated with the repository'ssphinx-intl update --no-obsolete -w 0options, and the generated header fields were left out, as in the other catalogues.Other French catalogues still have pending entries from other changes (
features/advanced/plugins.po,features/advanced/proxy.po,intro/installation.po,requirements.po); they are not part of this PR.
