Interactive fit dialog: show the model formula #56
Description
Context
DataLab desktop users report that the interactive fit dialogs give no indication of the fitted formula. DataLab desktop will display it (DataLab-Platform/SigimaX#9) using a new FORMULA attribute added to every Sigima FitComputer (DataLab-Platform/Sigima#74).
Proposed change
Display FitComputer.FORMULA in the DataLab-Web interactive fit dialog (src/runtime/dlw_interactive_fit.py and the corresponding UI), and label parameters with their symbols, so that both front-ends present the same information.
This depends on the Sigima release that introduces FORMULA (V1.3.0).

FitComputer.FORMULAandget_formula()are introduced by DataLab-Platform/Sigima#75 (formulas use a Qt rich-text subset:<sub>,<sup>,<br>). The desktop dialogs that use them are in DataLab-Platform/SigimaX#10.
