…sionManager - Add ThreadPool with pausar/retomar/aguardar_ociosidade for bounded worker concurrency. - Add ICpuMonitor interface and LinuxProcStatCpuMonitor implementation (/proc/stat). - Add AutoThrottleController to pause/resume the pool based on a configurable CPU threshold. - Add BatchConversionManager to bridge ThreadPool and CompressionRouter, with cooperative per-job cancellation. - Link Threads::Threads via find_package(Threads REQUIRED) in core/CMakeLists.txt. - Update cli/main.cpp to enqueue jobs through BatchConversionManager instead of calling CompressionRouter::rotear directly.
