docs: add RetroForge LaTeX book documentation and automated CI compilation - #7

…ation - Add LaTeX source files (`.tex`) for the RetroForge study book under `docs/`. - Update `.gitignore` to exclude LaTeX auxiliary files and build artifacts. - Update GitHub Actions workflow to automatically compile the LaTeX documentation and upload the PDF as an artifact.
