Bumps epg-and-sports-editor to v0.4.08.

College football: more games match, and they get logos.

• Spelling differences between the provider and ESPN now match (Southeastern Louisiana ↔ SE Louisiana, SC State ↔ South Carolina State, Grambling State ↔ Grambling, Penn ↔ Pennsylvania, …) via a general alias step scored below a real match, with guard rails against wrong-team matches (Colorado State → Colorado, Utah St. → Southern Utah, Northern Iowa → IOWA).
• Broadcast prefixes such as FOX College Football - Big 12: TCU at UCF (FS1) are stripped before matching.
• Matched college games get a logo: game-thumbs rejects some ESPN abbreviations (MTSU/JVST/AFA/NEV), so NCAAF / NCAA Football logos use full team-name slugs.
• ESPN+ watch-feed games are no longer named backwards (measured per league; college football and NHL reversed, soccer not).
• Matching is ~4x faster per lookup.
