Problem
Workflows in
.github/workflows/(CI.yaml,backend-ci.yml,frontend-ci.yml) referenced actions using mutable branches (dtolnay/rust-toolchain@master) or floating major tags (@v4,@v7). A force-pushed or compromised tag could run arbitrary code in pipelines that build deployable contracts and web applications.Solution
Pinned all external GitHub Actions to immutable full commit SHAs with inline version comments across all workflows:
