sfmc mod search qq-link显示repo/tag/source为undefined，因为官方索引条目只包含 npm 包名和精确版本。默认安装虽然能从 npm 获取模块，却忽略了索引版本。本补丁让搜索显示 npm 包及版本，并在默认安装时使用索引中的
npm:<name>@<version>；旧repo+tag条目仍按 GitHub 方式显示与安装。附 Changeset，为 CLI 和聚合包发布补丁版本。验证：CLI 类型检查、构建和 Changesets 状态通过；在隔离目录运行
mod search qq-link显示npm:@sfmc-bds/module-qq-link@0.1.0，实际mod install qq-link也从公共 registry 安装该精确版本，check-modules OK。
