将正式版行动计划更新为已发生的发布事实：9 个平台公开包、19 个官方模块、模块索引和 SFMC 0.2.1 公告均已发布，28/28 个公共 npm
latest与精确版本一致；全新 pnpm 安装与模块安装通过。保留生产运行与客户端验收项为未完成：正式服未重启或升级，隔离客户端实测按维护者要求跳过，历史数据升级/回退及 QQ 端到端行为仍待维护窗口验证。
验证：
git diff --check；公共 npm 精确版本与latest共 28 项全部匹配。
