整合工作区中尚未发布的平台修改：聊天频道来源与 QQ 转发、事务提交后通知、模块伴生进程、命令菜单和资源包展示；SDK 支持注销系统消息处理器。
与最新正式版主分支合并，保留现有正式版本及发布配置，补充 patch Changeset。类型检查、完整构建、lint、verify（12/12）和文档构建通过；发布包检查及远端 CI 继续核验。未部署或重启生产服。
