The house standards file reached only the three repos that copied it by hand. The wave now installs it wherever claude.yml is, as it does pr-bonsai-link.yml, and keeps it current.

  • Tools: fleet-wave.sh installs claude-standards.md beside claude.yml; fleet-pin-audit.sh reports it missing there.
  • Docs: CLAUDE.md, README, the kit README, fleet-operations, the standards file header, the handoff.

The @.github/claude-standards.md import in each repo's CLAUDE.md stays a per-repo edit: the wave never writes outside .github/.

…ai-link.yml

A file only three repos carried by hand never reached the rest of the fleet. The audit now flags
it missing wherever claude.yml is. The @.github/claude-standards.md import in CLAUDE.md stays a
per-repo edit: the wave never writes outside .github/.

Approvability

Verdict: Approved at 3efa811

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a focused fleet-kit propagation fix that installs an existing Markdown standards file alongside claude.yml and teaches the audit to detect missing copies. Other changes are documentation-only, with no schema, security, production workflow, or infrastructure impact.

…off a failed fetch

A transient or auth failure on the per-file fetch would otherwise report DRIFT missing.
