…s; the file is style-only The comments bullet follows what Maria kept in the Avara #215 revert (#70 part 1), generic for the fleet and shorter than the proposal. The style-only rule records the accepted PR-run gap: the action restores CLAUDE.md from the base branch but the import resolves to the PR head.
