Release GPT-6.1 Sol support from #966 as v0.30.33. This version includes updated Sol lanes, aliases, Responses provider configuration, capabilities/pricing, and the official Codex model bundle/client version.
Validation: #966 passed all required CI, plus 165 focused local tests and 17 routing/evaluation E2E tests. This PR only bumps package.json; release CI and Publish image must pass before Remote deployment. Mounted YAML requires the targeted five-file update described in #966.
