Codex account details could select the 5-hour primary window as if it were weekly, splitting the displayed history at short resets. Use the existing duration-aware weekly quota selector so Codex totals, history, percentage, and reset countdown all follow the account-wide weekly allowance, regardless of whether it is primary or secondary.

Raw quota records, API responses, request limits, and calendar summaries remain unchanged. Other providers retain their window switcher.

Validation: 56 focused tests passed, including both Codex window layouts and daily-history switching; Svelte check passed with zero errors/warnings. Regression tests failed before the fix.
