  1. Adds a new skill detailing how to add/update examples to codify our patterns
  2. Renames claim dir to claims in responses to match docs
  3. Renames info Luma response file to promise to match docs
  4. Removes the subdir prefix from all response filenames. Now every filename matches the action 1:1 with the doc snippet it belongs to.
