• 공통 빌드 입력 변경, 수동 CD 실행, 이전 커밋 조회 불가 시 전체 서비스를 선택합니다.
• Deploy Only에서 서비스 하나 또는 전체와 이미지 태그를 선택합니다. 태그 생략 시 develop은 stag, main은 prod를 사용합니다.
• 선택 서비스만 pull 및 up -d --no-deps로 배포하며, main/develop 환경 구분과 기존 CD 동시 실행 제한을 유지합니다.

Risk

• 서비스 간 빌드 의존성은 BUILD.bazel/deps.bzl 참조를 기준으로 보수적으로 전파합니다.

• 기존 STAG Nginx 재시작을 유지합니다. 실제 GitHub Actions·서버 배포 및 서버 Compose 버전은 미확인입니다.
