Implementation

• 주소 검색이 정상 응답의 빈 결과일 때만 postal_code_locations를 조회합니다. 대표 좌표를 기존 카카오 경로 요청의 출발지로 사용하며 기존 번호와 정렬 정책을 유지합니다.
• 원서 요약 조회·관리자 모델·거리 포트까지 우편번호를 전달합니다. 주소 검색 성공 시 기존 좌표를 사용합니다.
• 새 GET은 인증된 학생 본인의 계정으로 원서를 읽고 저장 입력값을 중첩 JSON으로 반환합니다. 미작성 값, 날짜 형식, 학기 순서와 기존 enum 값을 유지합니다.
• DRAFT 외 상태는 APPLICATION_NOT_READABLE(400), 원서 없음은 APPLICANT_NOT_FOUND(404)입니다.
• 조회는 읽기 전용이며 성적 재계산, 저장, 접수 기간 제한을 수행하지 않습니다. 기존 PATCH 응답은 유지합니다.

• Feature flag: 없음.
• Migration required: 신규 마이그레이션 없음. #451의 V021 및 우편번호 대표 좌표 적재가 필요합니다.
• Rollout considerations: 우편번호 누락·미등록 또는 카카오 통신·경로 오류는 기존 오류를 유지합니다. 조회 API는 DRAFT 상태만 허용합니다.
