What

  • Reusable workflow .github/workflows/plugin-release.yml (workflow_call): bump (patch/minor/major) in manifest + package.json(-lock), CHANGELOG section from typed notes or commit subjects, commit + tag + push, build, pack, validate with Ervisio's plugin-sign, GitHub release, then repository_dispatch to Ervisio/plugins when REGISTRY_TOKEN exists. A pushed tag still works (skips the bump).
  • Template release.yml is now ~20 lines calling it, with Actions › Release › Run workflow (patch/minor/major, notes). Template CI validates against Ervisio main.
  • create-ervisio-plugin <id> (scripts/create.mjs, new bin): new project from the template with id/name/description/author/platforms filled in, git init, optional --github <owner> repo creation via gh.
  • Docs: README getting started, docs/publishing.md, CHANGELOG.

Checked

  • Bump/changelog step run locally on a copy of the template (0.1.0 → 0.2.0, section from commits, commit + tag).
  • create-ervisio-plugin disk-tools --platforms linux,windows → npm install, build, pack, and Ervisio's plugin-sign sign + verify on the result.

Generated by Claude Code

- reusable workflow plugin-release.yml: bump, changelog, tag, build,
  validate, release, notify the registry
- template release.yml calls it (workflow_dispatch patch/minor/major)
- create-ervisio-plugin: a new plugin project in one command
- template CI validates against Ervisio main
