All twelve of part 2's diagrams were dark-theme mermaid renders, while part 1 now uses the hand-drawn decision style throughout. Redraw them to match, built on two shared layouts so the variants line up exactly: - A control-plane grid (request path, identity providers, out of band) for control-plane, agent-identity-sync and aib-map, each lighting its own part; the numbered flows get a legend instead of long edge labels. - The walkthrough topology for example-topology, permission-sources and the three request runs, dimming everything but the request each one shows. gateway-checks, user-identity-groups, enforcement-path and consent-flow get their own layouts. The old renders said 'Part 5' for what is now section 5 of a two-part series; the redraws say section 5. Alt text is unchanged.
Part 2 was published with a placeholder featured image. Swap in the owner's Part 2 cover, scaled to 1280x720 like the other covers.
The rule still said diagrams are pre-rendered mermaid, which no post in the agentic security series uses any more. Describe the house style instead, and that the copy buttons rasterise diagrams to PNG on demand.

Part 2 of Agentic Security & Identity now matches Part 1. All 12 of its Mermaid diagrams are redrawn in the series' hand-drawn style, and it gets its own cover.
Eight of the twelve come from two shared layouts, so the variants line up exactly. A control-plane grid (request path, identity providers, out of band) drives
control-plane,agent-identity-syncandaib-map, and each one lights up its own part. The walkthrough topology drivesexample-topology,permission-sourcesand the three request runs, and each dims everything except the request it's about. The two numbered flows (agent-identity-syncandaib-map) use badges and a legend in place of the Mermaid edge labels, which had become unreadable at blog width.gateway-checks,user-identity-groups,enforcement-pathandconsent-flowhave their own layouts. Alt text is unchanged. The old renders said "Part 5" for what is now section 5 of a two-part series. The redraws say "section 5".
I checked every diagram by rendering it to PNG with the rasteriser and fixed the overlaps I found, mostly edge labels on the steeper topology edges. The owner looked at the post on a dev server. The cover is the owner's Part 2 image, scaled to 1280x720.
This PR doesn't change Part 2's date. It stays an unlisted preview until the 407 release, as planned. One commit message calls the old cover a placeholder on a "published" post, which is loose: the post was a preview.
The blog instructions also said diagrams are pre-rendered Mermaid, which no post in this series is any more, so that line now describes the house style.
