build(security): update FormForge client dependencies

Summary

Update the Nuxt dependency floor and lockfile to versions that include fixes for the reviewed Nuxt security advisories.

Changes

• Raise the Nuxt and @nuxt/kit minimum versions to 4.5.1.
• Update the lockfile to Nuxt 4.5.2 and Nuxt DevTools 3.4.2.

Validation

• I ran bun run lint (the default formatter fails under Node 18; lint rules pass with bun run lint -- --format json)
• I ran bun run typecheck
• I ran bun run test
• I ran bun run build
• I added or updated tests when behavior changed (dependency update only)
