Uneventful bump, no blocking findings.

• @ferrlabs/ui-ng 1.45.1 → 1.46.0 (app, site): the only change upstream is "align tags and control radii with the admin styling" (UI#685). It is a visual change with no API removals, and the peer ranges in the lockfile are unchanged.
• @ferrlabs/lfsx-* optional deps 1.26.38 → 1.26.42 (cli/npm): a patch bump of the platform binaries. I did not read their release notes.
• The lockfile only changes the ui-ng entries, consistent with the manifests.

Most CI jobs were still running when I reviewed. The completed ones (gitleaks, osv-scanner, snyk, hadolint, helm, sign-off) are green. Nit: the radii change may shift tag and control appearance in app and site, so give those a quick look.
