marked 18.1.1 → 18.1.2 is a lockfile-only patch bump. The upstream notes list only CommonMark parsing fixes (html blocks, emphasis flanking, block quotes, lazy lines), CLI fixes and a ~16% parse speedup. There are no API changes and no new engine requirement (still node >= 20). The peer range of the marked-* plugins (>=4 <19) still holds, and the lockfile edits are consistent: all resolutions and the @analogjs/router peer hash moved together.

Parsing output for edge-case markdown may shift slightly, which is the intended effect of the fixes. Nothing here needs a change.

Caveat: the build and test jobs were still running when I reviewed, and the finished checks (secret scans, osv, hadolint) are green.
