Adds Plex PIN sign-in beside the pasted token, so users no longer dig a token out of an XML page. A pasted token keeps working and wins when set. Also fixes the render tests for core 9.10's per-instance colour rules (they failed on main too).

Requires FiestaBoard 9.11.0 (Fiestaboard/FiestaBoard#2134). fiestaboard_version is raised to >=9.11.0, so auto-update won't move it onto older cores. Merge after 9.11.0 is released.

Adds the core plex_pin sign-in (manifest oauth block, fiestaboard_version
>=9.9.0, version 1.1.0). A pasted token or PLEX_TOKEN still wins. With no
server_url, the plugin finds the account's server through plex.tv
resources (owned first; local, then remote, then relay) and caches it.
A rejected sign-in is reported with report_oauth_rejected. token and
server_url are no longer required; new optional server_name setting.

The server request keeps exactly the 1.0.x headers, so a server does not
list a new device for each board restart.
