organizer를 추가했습니다. 관리자 화면에서 지정할 수 있고, 관리자 권한은 생기지 않습니다.isFree=true,entryFee=0으로 고정됩니다. 참가비가 있으면 거절합니다./tournament/organize에서 대회를 만듭니다.20261020143000_tournament_organizer가 필요합니다.검증
