feat(mobile): 공식 인증에 참가 대회와 오늘 코드를 보낸다 - #35

왜
오늘 코드를 등록한 대회는 수락된 제출만 순위에 들어가는데, 공식 인증을 올리는 모바일 앱은 대회와 코드를 보내지 않았습니다. 운영자가 코드를 저장하면 그 대회 순위가 비게 됩니다.
무엇을 바꿨나
GET /tournaments/me/active는 로그인 사용자가 참가 중이고, 지금 진행 기간인 대회 제목과 오늘 코드 등록 여부만 반환합니다. 코드 값은 포함하지 않습니다. 실격·미참가·기간 밖은 빠집니다.tournamentId와dayCode를 인증 업로드에 붙입니다.검증
