Add an "Open to-dos for Aaron" section the coding agent raises at the
start of a session, with the first item: install and set up RTK to help
with console commands.

- Apps.json: JETI Studio / Jeti App Manager source file for Speed Gauge
V0.3.0. 548 files, downloaded from the AG-SpdGa-v0.3.0 tag into
  /Apps, /Apps/AG-SpdGa, /Apps/AG-SpdGa/voice and /Apps/lib. DC/DS-24
  family only, firmware 6.0+.
- tools/publish/make_apps_json.py regenerates it from each app's release
  tag.
- docs/apps/speed-gauge.md: the description JETI Studio shows (features,
requirements, setup, credits and licenses), with transmitter
screenshots in docs/apps/img/ (bench, no live speed yet).
- README: "Install with JETI Studio" section with the source URL.

JETI Studio rejected the Jeti App Manager format ("not a valid app
source"). Apps.json now follows JETI's catalog
(support.jetimodel.cz/files/update-dcds/apps.json) and AppGenerator:
{"applications": [...]} with id, version, author, hw, releaseDate,
name/description per language, previewIcon, and files with url,
destination, SHA-1 hash and size.

- hw [3866, 3867]: the DS-24 II / DC-24 II, as every "(DC/DS-24II)" app
  in JETI's catalog.
- Name "Speed Gauge (DC/DS-24II)"; release date from the tag.
- Description is an HTML page (docs/apps/speed-gauge.html), like JETI's;
64x64 icon from the transmitter screenshot.
- Hashes checked against the files GitHub serves.

- tools/publish/make_icon.py draws the 64x64 app icon (JETI's icon size)
in the gauge's style: dark face, cyan arc with glow, grey track, orange
overspeed zone, yellow max mark; smoothed 8x8 per pixel. The user chose
this "arc with glow" design over needle and bold-arc variants.
- make_apps_json.py --local writes Apps.local.json (gitignored) with the
description and icon as file:/// URLs, to check them in JETI Studio
before publishing (the published ones live on main).

At the user's request, the Speed Gauge icon carries "AG" (Aaron George)
in the middle of the dial, drawn as smoothed white strokes (no font
needed).

Tell users the JETI Studio install is slow: about 550 files (24 MB),
mostly the voice's audio clips, and they should let it finish before
disconnecting. In both the HTML page JETI Studio shows and the Markdown
version.

Replace the bench screenshots with live pitot ones (2026-10-06): full
screen at 121 mph with max 140 and the sensor temperature in use, the
single-size bar at 98 mph, and a new double-size dial at 105 mph.
