If a gokapi instance is hosted on a place where storage is limited, a user can technically upload as much as they want and saturate the storage.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to give to some users a storage restriction.
"I want user Banana to be only able to upload 5GB of storage, and I want the user Peer to be able to upload 15GB, and the user Apple to have no storage restriction."
Describe alternatives you've considered
Forcing a max number of uploads can also work, since there is a max upload size, max_upload_size \times max_uploads is a maximum.
Forcing users to have non permanent data could also work, as the data should regulate itself with time.
