when array keys are Chinese characters, atom-alignmen is not working fine

$lang['登陆'] = 'Login';
$lang['登出'] = 'Logout';

Big But !!! I does not meaning it's a issue, issue is i'm using Chinese characters as array keys.
It's better if atom-alignment can support this one

Alignment is based on the number of characers, not the width of individual characters (since they should all be the same width in a typical monospaced font).

This issue is actually caused by the chinese glyphs being wider than any other character in a monospaced font (~1.7x in Source Code Pro at 12pt for example). It's simply not possible to properly visually align anything involving such characters.
