Release 5.12.0 to dev
Add images for GreenDigit NGIs
Drop PHP 5.X support
- MariaDB 10.11 is readily install-able on Rocky8 and is the version we
run in production.
- MariaDB 10.11 would appear to be the last version in the 10.X
series.
- MariaDB 11.4 is the first version in the 11.X series with long
term support, so test against it.
- Also test against the newest image in the 11.X series.
- Also test against the "latest" docker image available. In the near
term, this is likely to the same image as "11". However testing
against "latest" will mean we test against 12 automatically
when it is released.
- Use `mariadb-admin` as admin command.
- MariaDB <10.3 required mysqladmin be used.
- MariaDB 10.4 to <11.0 allow both mysqladmin and mariadb-admin
to be used.
- MariaDB 11+ requires mariadb-admin.
Unit test against newer versions of MariaDB
- Before updating the ORM version
- Doctrine 2.9 deprecated doctrine/cache, as a result the setup tool might no longer work as expected without a different cache implementation. - See: https://github.com/doctrine/orm/blob/2.9.x/UPGRADE.md#upgrade-to-29

- PHP 7.4 (sensibly) raises a notice when trying to access `false` as if it where an array, i.e. via $Plain_Client_Cerfificate['name']
Improve handling when no certificate is provided.
- $Plain_Client_Cerfificate is an array when a certificate has been provided, and a boolean (false) when no certificate is provided. - As such, if _and only if_ $Plain_Client_Cerfificate _is not_ an array do we want to return here.

- scripts should create and then apply the new scope tags
- check WLCG scopes first and if not applied to the site, don't bother checking for tier scopes - remove unneeded else
- 'store' is a better word than 'home' here

- added config options for helpdesk link, helpdesk support unit, request tracker and community documentation - so that different instances of gocdb can have links point directly to their tooling, instead of having general references
- shortened variable name - fixed href formatting - still doen't work as planned - needs a php file rework - this commit was made as I'm about to leave for christmas
- in order to have configurable links in Help_And_Contact, - the file had to be changed from .html to .php - so it was also moved to the static_php directory - the operationalLinks file was made to call the config file and assign to variables - this file is then called in Help_And_Contact
- as Help_And_Contact page was moved from a .html file to .php, - the methods that display it on the gocdb web needed to be changed - as it is no longer a static_html file
- changed method of ouputting the Help_And_Contact.php file - so it now outputs the executed file, not the file contents - meaning the php parts within the html are properly executed, and not just output
- removes unnecessary commented out code - adds to existing comments - fixes out of date code in search_ses.php
…ad of a static_php setup - moved static_php/Help_And_Contact.php to views/help_and_contact.php - removed static_php/operationalLinks and replaced it with controllers/help_and_contact.php - this was done so that there wasn't lots of new code for the static_php method in index.php
