Before: the website submodule pointed at 45ac521, so the telemetry page in the main repo still described a single cluster.

After: the pointer is at ae95098, the merge of GameplanePanel/website#24. That PR says telemetry counts are summed over every managed cluster and that the extended tier reports env.deployment. Spec 022 T125 and T127 are ticked: T127 because Phase 12 shipped through #741.

How: pointer-only bump plus two checkbox ticks in specs/022-default-telemetry-dashboard/tasks.md.
