fix(docs): align feature catalog tables and fill empty docs links - #23

Every area table on the features page now spans the full column with the same column positions once the column is at least 800px wide (narrower columns keep the scrolling table). Flags render as code so "--install" no longer turns into an en dash, and the eleven rows with a bare "-" in the Docs column link to the matching docs page, or to the main repo doc when the site has no page for it. Before: on /docs/features/ each area table sized itself to its content, so short tables (Localization) stopped short of the box and the Maturity/Default/Description/Docs columns sat at different positions in every table. "helm upgrade --install" rendered as "–install" (smart dashes), and 11 rows showed a bare "-" in the Docs column.
After: when the content column is at least 800px wide, every catalog table spans the full width with the same column positions. Narrower screens keep the existing scrolling table. Flags are code spans, so the double dash survives. The 11 empty Docs cells link to the matching site page (cluster storage, multi-cluster, cluster nodes, CI/signing, helm values) or, where the site has no page, to the main repo doc FEATURES.md already points to (install Steam section, standalone panel, security share links).
How: features.mdx wraps the area sections in
<div class="feature-catalog">. global.css gives that wrapper the prose flex gap plus a container query that switches its tables totable-layout: fixedwith set column widths, scoped to this page only; website.pen is unchanged. The FEATURES.md sync check compares capability, maturity and default only, so the main repo needs no change.
