Give the reference adapters a code owner - #513

PR #22 put the adapters under adapters/ with no CODEOWNERS entry, so they fell to the repository default. Bar Kaduri owns them. Ariel Fogel and Rock Lambros are listed with her because an author cannot approve her own pull request. Signed-off-by: rocklambros <rock@rockcyber.com>

What changed
This adds an
/adapters/entry to CODEOWNERS that names Bar Kaduri as the owner of the reference adapters, which PR #22 merged into integration without an entry of their own. Ariel Fogel and Rock Lambros are listed with her, because GitHub does not let an author approve her own pull request, and with Bar as the only owner every change she made to the adapters would need an admin bypass.Which issue does this implement
